HB11 Energy’s MD Dr. Warren McKenzie wants to thank the US Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) for an eye opening few days’ review of their Fusion Programs at the 2024 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit.
Highlights for HB11 included:
- The fact that Hydrogen-boron fusion was a star of the meeting
- That Fusion in the U.S. can claim clean energy tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act.
- The recognition that Fusion is not nuclear energy! Great progress is being made on fusion regulations, which sit outside the nuclear energy framework.
Warren was joined at the event by HB11 Lead Theoretician Prof. Tom Mehlhorn and U.S. associates John Kline and Adam Sefkow.
