HB11 Energy is an Official Partner of the 2nd International Workshop on Proton-Boron Fusion being held this month from September 5-8, 2022 in Catania Italy.
The company has some 20 team members and collaborators attending and/or speaking at the event. Speakers include members of the HB11 Scientific Advisory Board, Dr. Tom Mehlhorn and Prof. Dieter Hoffmann, Managing Director Dr. Warren McKenzie and collaborators from Deakin University including Dr. Srikanth Mateti, Prof. Ying Chen and Dr. Qiran Cai. Dr. Mehlhorn is HB11 Energy’s leading theoretican. Other respected members of the HB11 Team, including Prof. Dimitri Batani, have been appointed convenors.
The main objective of this workshop is to generate a task force of European scientific institutions for a potential EU application for funding.
